THIS IS A RAW MEET ONLY: This is a full 3-lift meet (squat, bench press and deadlift) with three attempts in each. We will accept a very limited number of lifters to participate in bench press only, deadlift only or push-pull (both bench press and deadlift). Contact the Meet Director prior to registration for approval to participate on a single-lift or push-pull basis. USA Powerlifting rules will govern the meet. For further information, refer to the USA Powerlifting rules at USA Powerlifting Rules. This is a one-session one-platform meet with a 35-lifter cap for 3-lift lifters. This is a drug-tested meet. No American records can be set at this meet, but state records can be set.
UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT: One-piece lifting suits (singlets) are mandatory for all contestants. ALL apparel and equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. For further information, please visit USA Powerlifting Rules.
DRUG TESTING: As part of your USA Powerlifting registration, you are asked to certify that you will not use any strength inducing drugs (i.e., any anabolic steroid, natural hormone or synthetic growth hormone) as part of your training during the 36 months prior to the meet and that you will not use any prescription diuretics or psychomotor stimulants during the seven days prior to the meet. At least 10% of all lifters will be drug tested!
ELIGIBILITY: This meet is open to all currently-registered USA powerlifting members. Membership cards will not be sold at the meet. USA Powerlifting membership cards must be purchased or renewed for 2024 at least one month prior to the meet, or February 17, 2024. Please purchase or renew membership for 2024 at https://www.usapowerlifting.com/membership-application/. You do not need to purchase or renew before registering, but you must do so at least one month prior to the meet.
No qualifying totals are required. Lifters who are under 18 must bring a parent or legal guardian to weigh-ins.

AWARDS: All lifters other than youth lifters can register in the open division, which will be scored by total for each weight class with awards to the top 3 lifters in each weight class. Lifters in the following age divisions - teen, junior and masters- can register in the age division as the only division or in addition to the open division. Age division awards will go to the top 3 lifters in each age division (separately for women and men) based on points scored with all weight divisions combined. Awards for masters lifters are also also based on an age adjustment. Best Lifter awards based on points score may also be awarded depending on turnout.
ENTRY FEE: $125 for full 3 lifts, $35 for an additional optional division for teen, junior and master lifters, $75 for push-pull lifters, and $60 for bench press only or deadlift only lifters. Admission to the meet for others, including coaches, is $10 cash at the door (children under 10 are free). Only one coach will be allowed for each lifter.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Entries must be received by Saturday, February 24, 2024.
