How to Join Using the Gymmaster App

1. Download the Gymmaster app on your phone and search for Whippany to connect to our gym offerings. Free trial weeks for anyone who lives or works in northern New Jersey can be claimed through the app, including by former members of the Whippany location. You will enter the requested information and initial or sign waiver language.
2. Once you have signed up, you can sign in when you come into the gym by using the app. We have a reader that can automatically sign in new members when they hold the phone near the reader.
3. After the free trial week, month-to-month members can sign up in the app the same way. Payment can be made through the app using credit card or bank information, and you will again initial or sign membership agreements before signing in with your phone.
4. We offer two discount categories worth $10 per month before tax: one for emergency services personnel including fire, police, EMS, and active military, and another for members aged 65 and above. These discounts are applied at the front desk during the first visit for members who sign up for a month-to-month membership in the app, and eligibility must be shown to a staff member.

Members aged 17 and under can sign up on Gymmaster, but they must also have a parent or guardian sign up with them on Gymmaster and accompany them for their first visit to the gym.
